Travel Experience

Sinouk Coffee Pavilion, also known as the Coffee Learning House, educates tourists, students and members of the local coffee community on the history, cupping and roasting of coffee. Visitors may tour the coffee gallery to learn the history behind the discovery of coffee, to the evolution of coffee processing methods and other informative facts. Then they may view the in-house roasting machine, which is in operation almost daily. Visitors may book in advance if they wish to be guided through a proper coffee cupping session and learn the ways of coffee connoisseurs. Barista classes are also available for booking for all the serious learners out there.

Responsibility

Our mission is to serve the best coffee with careful attention from the bean selection to the cup serving to coffee connoisseur's and coffee lovers, but it is also to excel in our Industry by always focusing on Quality and Innovation. Concurrently, promoting the uniqueness of Lao coffee while creating a social impact through the creation of jobs, and supporting Diversity, Inclusiveness and Women Empowerment. In 2019, Sinouk Coffee signed an MOU with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) focusing on respecting, protecting and promoting the rights of young girls and adolescents in Laos.

Sinouk Coffee also practices the education and ethical supply of and from local farmers and connect them with buyers all over the world, ensuring they receive a fair price. All our beans are organic, hand-picked and hand-sorted.
