Travel Experience
Roots is a cafe and a micro-roastery where is combining passionate coffee people who are dedicated to developing and showcasing speciality Thai coffee. We are a small team of coffee enthusiasts who want to serve you good coffee; one that doesn’t only taste ‘good’ but also reflect the goodwill and good intentions that go into every cup.
Responsibility
The core of Roots’ business is to roasting with knowledge and brewing with care. Not only does we offer beans from around the world, we also work closely with several farming families in northern Thailand. At the store, Roots is also a part of the change in dealing with plastic waste by offering you alternative straws made from materials that are easy to decompose.
Business Case
Roots initiates 'Our Cup-to-Farm practice', in which we devote a part of the revenue to improving the lives of every single person involved in the journey of our coffee and allows to showcase speciality coffee in a way that makes a positive impact on the coffee community. For every cup of coffee we serve you, we allocate part of the profit/revenue towards our farmers and processors.
