Travel Experience
Eleven One Kitchen was first opened in 2014 with an aim to offer fresh, healthy food at an affordable price. The restaurant offers a wide range of Khmer, Asian and Western dishes, all homemade and MSG-free!
Responsibility
Eleven One Kitchen is Cambodia's first 99% plastic-free restaurant and also focuses on a no plastic policy. All packaging materials are biodegradable and drinking straws made out of bamboo. We serve local produce in our dishes with ingredients sourced directly from local farmers. Fresh from the field to your plate, these dishes have everything including the traditional Cambodian taste.
Business Case
The restaurant supports fresh locally grown ingredients bought directly from farmers to ensure quality as well as support independent farmers who may not otherwise get their products to market in Phnom Penh. Eleven One Kitchen is one of the supporters to Action Against Hunger program with every special menu sold in each dedicated month helping to end the country's hunger as well as malnourished children and provides communities with access to safe water and sustainable solutions to hunger.
