Cafe Eden is a cafe and restaurant selling a full menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner items. It is all-day eatery serving international food and fantastic coffee. They also sell handmade leather journals, jewellery, headbands, pottery, clothing, leather and cloth bags, baby clothes and booties, stocking caps.
Responsibility
Cafe Eden is connected to a local organization that is focused on investing in the futures of the Khmer people. Their aim is to empower them by teaching them new skills and creating jobs, allowing them to become stronger, more resilient while maintaining their dignity. They are committed to enabling Cambodians to set goals and priorities that would positively transform their lives and the communities that they live in.
Business Case
Café Eden opened in December 2010 and has created jobs for people in the community that would otherwise not have any income. The goal of the Café is to create jobs and pour the profit back into our community through ministries that will create more jobs, get children off the streets and continue to empower Cambodians to create better lives for themselves.
